1. Servicios

La institución ofrece programas de formación profesional en belleza (maquillaje, peinado y gestión de negocios del sector), en modalidades presencial, híbrida y online. Las características, duración y contenido de cada programa se describen en su página correspondiente y pueden actualizarse.

2. Admisión y matrícula

Las carreras presenciales e híbridas requieren proceso de admisión: la solicitud a través del formulario no garantiza el cupo hasta formalizar la matrícula. Los programas online otorgan acceso al confirmarse el pago. Los cupos presenciales son limitados por cohorte.

3. Pagos y financiamiento

Los precios se expresan en dólares estadounidenses (USD). Los planes de financiamiento, cuando existan, se pactan por escrito al momento de la matrícula. El retraso en los pagos de un plan puede suspender el acceso a clases y plataforma hasta regularizarse.

4. Política de reembolso

Los programas online de acceso inmediato no admiten reembolso una vez entregado el acceso al contenido, salvo que la ley aplicable disponga lo contrario. En carreras presenciales, las condiciones de retiro y reembolso se detallan en el contrato de matrícula que se firma al inscribirse.

5. Certificación

Al completar y aprobar un programa, la institución emite una certificación privada propia. La institución no emite licencias estatales: para la licencia oficial del estado de Texas, la institución puede referir al alumno a una escuela aliada licenciada, sujeta a sus propias condiciones.

6. Propiedad intelectual

Todo el contenido formativo (videos, PDF, guías, marcas y materiales) es propiedad de la institución o de sus licenciantes. El acceso es personal e intransferible: está prohibido compartir credenciales, reproducir, revender o distribuir el contenido. El incumplimiento causa la cancelación del acceso sin reembolso.

7. Conducta del alumno

La institución puede suspender o expulsar, sin reembolso, a quien incurra en conducta abusiva, fraudulenta o que afecte la seguridad o el ambiente de aprendizaje de la comunidad.

8. Comunicaciones

Al facilitarnos tu correo electrónico y tu número de teléfono aceptas que te contactemos por esos medios en relación con tu solicitud y tu formación. El envío de mensajes de texto (SMS) requiere tu consentimiento expreso y se rige por nuestra Política de mensajes (SMS). El consentimiento de marketing es opcional y no es condición para inscribirte ni para comprar ningún servicio; puedes retirarlo en cualquier momento respondiendo STOP.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

La formación no garantiza resultados económicos específicos: los resultados dependen del trabajo y contexto de cada alumno. El sitio se ofrece «tal cual»: la institución no responde por interrupciones temporales del servicio ni por daños indirectos, en la medida permitida por la ley.

10. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del estado de Texas, Estados Unidos. Cualquier disputa se someterá a los tribunales competentes del condado de Dallas, Texas.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of the training programs of Beauty Business School, a brand operated by Amevoir Beauty LLC, located at 629 W Centerville Rd, Suite 215, Garland, TX 75041, United States. 1. Services

The school offers professional beauty training programs (makeup, hairstyling and beauty business management) in on-campus, hybrid and online formats. The features, duration and content of each program are described on its own page and may be updated.

2. Admission and enrollment

On-campus and hybrid programs require an admission process: submitting the form does not guarantee a seat until enrollment is completed. Online programs grant access once payment is confirmed. On-campus seats are limited per cohort.

3. Payments and financing

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD). Financing plans, where available, are agreed in writing at the time of enrollment. Late payments on a plan may suspend access to classes and to the platform until the account is brought current.

4. Refund policy

Online programs with immediate access are non-refundable once access to the content has been delivered, unless applicable law provides otherwise. For on-campus programs, withdrawal and refund conditions are set out in the enrollment agreement signed at registration.

5. Certification

Upon completing and passing a program, the school issues its own private certification. The school does not issue state licenses: for the official Texas state license, the school may refer the student to a licensed partner school, subject to that school’s own terms.

6. Intellectual property

All training content (videos, PDFs, guides, trademarks and materials) is owned by the school or its licensors. Access is personal and non-transferable: sharing credentials, reproducing, reselling or distributing the content is prohibited. Breach results in cancellation of access without refund.

7. Student conduct

The school may suspend or expel, without refund, anyone engaging in abusive or fraudulent conduct or in conduct that affects the safety or learning environment of the community.

8. Communications

By providing your email address and phone number you agree that we may contact you through those channels regarding your request and your training. Text messages (SMS) require your express consent and are governed by our SMS Messaging Policy. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of enrollment or purchase; you may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP.

9. Limitation of liability

Training does not guarantee specific financial results: outcomes depend on each student’s work and circumstances. The website is provided «as is»: the school is not liable for temporary service interruptions or for indirect damages, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dallas County, Texas.
